Başarı Human Resources team strives to ensure
the job satisfaction of its qualified personnel
whose objective is to transfer rapid technological
development in the IT and telecommunications sectors
into Başarı's company structure. BHR, also, aims
to achieve sufficient knowledge and skills with
the objective of preparing employees to take on
higher level positions in the future and consolidating
an infrastructure for higher motivation.
Regarding the requirements and
expectations of the Başarı Group, the procedural
structure of BHR, which has taken the responsibilities
such as communications, motivation, personnel
policies and practices, training and development
as well as payroll management has been defined.

Başarı Training Policy
BHR
is giving importance to training programs with
the target of structuring the "manpower" with
the belief that the most important element in
today's and tomorrow's enterprises depends
on the company culture and the objectives.
Trainin is percieved as an investment at Başarı
and this is considered as an important factor
in the realization of Başarı's targets. All
training programs in Başarı aim to supply individual
and occupational development needs of each
employee, to have a measurable effectiveness,
as well as an increase in their performance.
Training, classified in 3 basic groups, is
as follows:
Basic Training: To enable adaptation
to Başarı's general structure, this training is
rotation training from a job and employee development
supporter aspecti orientation and on-th-job training,
which is organized at job entry level.
Technical Training: The purpose
of this training is to develop an employee's on-th-job
competence and can be defined as work which is devoted
to the achievement of technological innovations and
t applications as well as ensuring the required technical
infrastructure while employed at Başarı.
